Import.
PIMS™ imports transactional data from external data sources. During the import process, the data is validated, transformed, and stored in various repositories.
During the transformation phase, the data is converted to a structured format optimized for retrieval and analysis.
Monitor.
PIMS™ continuously monitors system activities and data for anomalous conditions. Users are notified via an alert when such conditions are detected.
Additionally, PIMS™ monitors and analyzes transactional activity and flags data records that warrant further examination. This analysis is based on a set of rules which are continuously executed to assess the compliance of data with internal and external policies and regulations.
Manage.
PIMS™ provides a number of services for pooled cardholder and transaction management. With the PIMS® web application you’re able to identify cardholders, review accounting ledgers, and search all transactions.
In addition, the PIMS™ Decision Support System is a set of tools and services which help to visualize and analyze data in order to facilitate business decision making, forecasting, planning and problem solving.
