BCS is a technology company that provides prepaid access accounts (Prepaid Debit Cards and BCS’ proprietary Pooled Player/Consumer Accounts Powered By PIMS™/CIMS™) for gaming and retail operators through its Sponsorship and Program Management Agreement with Sponsor Bank.
GBank and BCS have entered into a Sponsorship Agreement, pursuant to which, among other items, BCS provides, implements and assists the Bank in managing prepaid access accounts to meet consumer regulatory requirements.
These prepaid access accounts provide consumer regulatory protections to gaming and retail customers using payment applications, including but not limited to, ensuring funds in such payment applications are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (up to applicable limits) and have Bankruptcy and Regulation E protections.

The PPA/PCA is a deposit account held at an FDIC-insured Financial Institution. BCS has developed a proprietary solution Powered by PIMS™/CIMS™, that allows Gaming and Retail Operators to maintain their payment app/digital wallet 'For Benefit Of (FBO)' accounts at BCS' Sponsor Bank.
Powered by PIMS™/CIMS™ process automates the reconcilement, compliance management, and analytics required to manage a Payment App/Digital Wallet provider's FBO account.
Prepaid Debit Cards
BCS' Sponsor GBank issues VISA, MasterCard and Discover prepaid debit cards for Payment App and Digital Wallet operators wanting to provide Point of Sale (POS) functionality for their gaming and retail users.

Play+ is Sightline Payments digital transformation of gaming wagering to cashless. The BCS/Sightline contract provides BCS' Sponsor Bank, GBank, FDIC insured player accounts. These individual accounts are managed by bank utilizing program management processes developed by BCS. BCS/GBank have processed in excess of $1.5 Billion transaction loads for our Sightline/BCS Clients.
